Tourism NSW has released two new resources for the tourism industry, both available free online at www.tourism.nsw.gov.au/resources.

The Tourism Business Toolkit is designed by Tourism NSW to assist tourism operators at any stage of development. It includes a guide to understanding the tourism industry as well as practical tips and insights for tourism product development, pricing, promotion and distribution. The toolkit replaces the former StartSmart guide with new information and significant updates and enhancements.

A new Tourism Module is now featured as the first industry-specific module within the Small Business Tool Kit, which is a hands-on, interactive, online business planning tool designed by NSW Trade & Investment. The Tourism Module features interactive tourism planning tools, checklists, quizzes, case studies and videos.
