IP Australia

IP Australia has excellent resources and is the leader in IP management tools developed in consultation with industry. Examples are the IP Access Portal and IP Toolbox.

IP Australia also provides search services that access the patent and trademarks database for both existing registrations and for submitting patent or trademark applications online.

World Intellectual Property Organisation

The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) a specialized agency of the United Nations. Attorney-General’s Department

The Attorney-General’s Department only deals with intellectual property related to copyright. It is also the lead agency for the development of a whole of government framework for management of intellectual property.
