The transactions associated with exporting are generally more complicated than those relating to the domestic market.  Remember you are dealing with different cultures underpinned by different legal systems.  Language barriers may also cause misunderstanding.  

Tip - When dealing in overseas markets, the business and legal systems can be significantly different. Get legal help to draw up agreements. Patents and Trademark protection is different in each country. Having a patent or copyright does not mean it is enforceable.
