Attached is a copy of a Small Business Diagnostic template for a small business. The Diagnostic is intended to provide a structured approach to the assessment of the current position of the firm and to highlight areas of the business which need to be addressed.
The Diagnostic can either be completed entirely by a small business owner/manager, or partly completed by the owner/manager and finalised by the business’ accountant, in consultation with the owner/manager.
