The NSW Office of Fair Trading site covers all aspects of fair trading issues and has been organised in broad subject areas such as Going Shopping; Your Business; Building and Renting and Cars, etc. Other features of the site include the ability to register for an e-mail update on certain topics, download of Issue Papers relating to legislative review etc.

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission is an independent statutory authority, the Commission administers the Trade Practices Act 1974 and the Prices Surveillance Act 1983 and has additional responsibilities under other legislation. The Commission has a wide range of publications dealing with its functions and the legislation for which it is responsible.
